Please read these complete terms and conditions carefully before using the jetbez platform — this is a legally binding agreement between you and us.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between jetbez ("Platform", "we", "our") and each user ("you", "your").

02 Eligibility and Age Requirement

Financial Transactions and Gaming Rules

04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on jetbez are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
  • You must use a payment method registered in your own name when making a deposit.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and such transactions will be rejected.
  • Successfully verified transactions are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the wagering requirements for the bonus must be met first.
  • In cases of unusual or suspicious activity, jetbez reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and may request additional documents for investigation.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jetbez offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. By accepting these bonuses, you agree to the following conditions:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

  • New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
  • For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500.
  • To withdraw the bonus, the total deposit and bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x).
  • The bonus can only be received once and on one account.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonus offers are time-limited and jetbez reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • Restrictions may apply to specific games when wagering with bonus balance.
  • Misuse of bonuses (such as bonus arbitrage or claiming bonuses on multiple accounts) is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
  • Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms; please read those terms carefully before accepting an offer.

5.3 VIP Program

jetbez has three VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (up to 1.0%), and Gold (up to 1.5%). Progress through VIP tiers depends on your gaming activity and loyalty. Cashback is credited to your balance every Monday and the same wagering requirements apply.

06 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed while playing games on jetbez:

  • All games operate on a fair play basis. Results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
  • Game results are final. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, jetbez will review the situation and make a decision, and that decision will be considered final.
  • Playing with any kind of bot, automation software, or artificial intelligence is strictly prohibited.

  • For sports betting, bets will be settled only after the match result is announced. Bets will be refunded for suspended or cancelled events.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetbez platform. If such activities are detected, the account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited:

  • Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.

  • Hacking, phishing, DDoS attacks, or any form of cyber attack.

  • Any bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure; any valid balance may be withdrawn (unless the account is closed due to a breach of terms).
